Very cool video. That was awesome seeing the auger go through the ice from beneath and seeing the under water shots.

Interesting video. I'm surprised how barren the bottom is. Also a lot more light than I would have thought.

Very good Go-pro video and excellent music. It was especially interesting to see the fish being selective in taking the bait. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing.

Well done. Curious in how deep of water were those shots on the bottom?

Thanks EyLayo - Bottom shots in this video were taken in 28 FOW. So not real deep and it was a bright sunny day. It's amazing how much light still gets through 2 feet of ice and a thick layer of snow. Water clarity at Strawberry helps a lot too.

Thanks beechin - The one thing I quickly noticed was these fish didn't like the jig moving off the bottom and they didn't even really hesitate when the jig was resting on the bottom. The fish in the video that finally takes it hung around curious and wanting the bait for 20 minutes or so until I dropped the jig on the bottom.

Great video! I always feel like there is something to be learned from how much the fish moves around the bait before actually taking it. Interesting stuff.
