Snake River cats!!!

I haven't posted in quite awhile, but thought this was worth a share. I fished for cats out above homedale over the weekend. I fished right at dusk and just before the sun came up. Used chicken livers. The 2 biggest were 38" long. Didn't weight them but they were heavy. Didn't catch any little ones all were 26" and longer.

Nice Catfish!

On occasion I fish the Snake River for catfish also at Walters Ferry south of Nampa. Biggest one I caught was 27 inches at 10 pounds. Looks like you broke my record! Well done!

Those chicken livers work really well, don't they?

Fresh suckers are really good also! That’s my go to bait of choice for cats.....
