The whole marina at UL State Park is capped. Most people were fishing from the docks, but there were a few that were all over the ice. From where I fished the ice was 2-3 inches and not in the best shape. White bass were consistent until just after noon. I used a green shrimpo and a green/yellow tungsten jig with a meal worm, but I don't think the fish were too picky. Caught around 35 white bass and 4 or 5 little perch in around 6 fow. Great day to be out.
