as we pulled into Echo Res. not another boat anywhere.. does that mean fishing is the pits... well we went out  between 9 am and noon we probably caught over 30 nice sized rainbows using popgear and a worm just below the surface.. 1.8 mph

I have heard from locals that they are having fun on echo. Good to hear you did, too.

I've been doing pretty good up there myself. I wanted to go again this week but obligations have kept me away. I'll bet Wednesday before the storm hits would be really good. Hopefully by next week it will warm back up a little and I'll make another couple of trips.
