#1
have not got a kokanee there this year, Did not want to go on the SC side (to many boats) had my wife with me first time  on strawberry this year for her
did not know how she would do. she does not no what I say and I cant understand her, but she did OK

It was slow we got about 20 cuts and 5 rainbows.  a lot of boat trailers in the parking lot when we left,  but no one was close to any one.
I have not herd of any one catching a kokanee on that side this year.
the water temp is about the same on top as it is deep
spent some time working on some new stuff I'm making for lake trout.

Did you launch at the main Strawberry Bay marina or the Chicken Creek launch on highway 40? they are charging $15 to launch at SC now unless you camp. Camping is $39 a night unless you have an America the Beautiful pass (Nat'l Parks Pass) then seniors are half price and the launch is included in the camp. So $20 to camp and launch if you are a senior with the pass. Wonder if they are charging now at Chicken Creek launch? I noticed there is a wedge dock there now.

I'm dying here in St George - it's 90+*. Wishing I was on Jordanelle. What you won't do for the family road trip. ❤
