St Patrick's Day in October at Deer Creek 10/16
#1
Fished Deer Creek today and the water was green just like back east when they color the river green to celebrate St Pats day. The algae was thick enough to mess with the sonar. After about 10 feet the white tube jig would disappear. Only saw a total of 6 boats fishing. The plus was no skiers or wake boats. Lots of little bites thinking they must have been perch. Caught a few small in size bass and a beautiful rainbow. Talked to a guy loading up his boat and he had caught a few walleye. Water temp was 62.

Yes it was you. Hearing you talk about catching the walleye motivates me to go back and try to catch some.
