Plugged- adverb
When a sportboat, usually multi-day or long-range has completely filled is fish holds to the maximum (not more room), captians will say their boat is plugged.

Hi there Dryrod, 9) A piece of grass with sod intact. (often taken from lawn or bed of grassy area when gardening or looking for coins or targets when coin-shooting). You're right... 1) a rubber or cork plug might be used as a float, 2)a spark plug has, from the old days, been used as a sinker, 3) #5 of course, 4) the tobacco plug could be a brown grub is guess......
