A sail boat to anglers is often called:
Diaper Hanger!
Sail boats have the right-of-way because they have less control of their craft so they often run through boat's chum lines. Thus......... you, you, you.... diaper hangers!

We call them raghangers up here, power boats are stinkpots if your sailing. I've caught many blue fish while sailing with my father as a young lad. Sounds like the sailers in Cal need to fish more. Maybe then they will give way to fisherman.
