I have watched Dan for a number of years and yes winced!<br>He's all we've got for local southern cal fishing on a weekly basis. Just be happy he's not syndicated country-wide as representing the regular, trip every-week so cal saltwater angler!<br>You're right about the license. But that's another issue all togeather! My beef is what the broadcast on one show where this deckhand was showing the audience how to clip a rattlesnake. It would be pretty tough to justify such treatment of a live fish to the animal rights people or small children. I do a modified version myself but ....We've got enough trouble with the kelp huggers allready As Charlie Brown would say Good Grief !! <br><br>
