2 cups canned salmon or 1 1/2lbs fresh
1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash of pepper
Drain and flake salmon. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Form into cakes. Sauté in butter.
