Fished East Canyon Again on Saturday from 8am - 3pm.. The weather was absolutely beautiful and the W didn't show up either. The fishing was even faster than last weekend. We fished in 60ft of water, catching most of the fish suspended between 20-3-ft. Used boogers tipped with waxies below a castmaster / swedish pimple. The edges were a little soft in the afternoon but nothihng to horrible. What a great day to outdoors..

Thanks for the update, I guess the trout were the standard size? Except for the one post, I haven't heard of anyone catching more kokes this year. It's been a dozen years or more since I caught any kokanee from EC, how about you? WH2

Hit East Canyon on Friday, down by the buoys and the picnic table.Could've quit with a limit by 9am but the weather was way to nice to go home so early.Everyone iced at least 15 each. The ice is starting to get a little iffy for me.Might be time to get the boat out or else knock the dust off the flyrod. It's nice to have options!
