if you are headed out to a tourny or just want to get and advantage on a lake you have not fished on here is a link to a source to those Topographic lake maps of public lakes.

this link will take you to another lake on CD program Spicificaly targeted towards the angler.

not as technical as the site abeve but does give discritions of the geology and habitat and the fish that can be found in the more popular lakes.

Here are a few more places to look at maps and aerial photos. terraserver.com
mapquest.com
topozone.com
maptech.com
These are good for checking out hunting and trapping areas too. One good one is terraserver for resevoiurs, You can look at the topo mapps of the terrain before it was filled and see all the structures,springs,river bottoms etc.And they its free to look at them. Enjoy!Aron
