Where to fish on dry land

"Grandpa" will be in town tonight through next week from MO and would like me to take him fishing. I have no idea where to take him were we can sit in a chair, toss a worm or spinners, and actually catch some fish. Any thoughts/ideas?
Does anyone know the condition of Electric Lake or Huntington? (FuzzyFisher)???

[cool]If you go back a page or 3 or 4, you'll see fuzzyfisher's update of e-lake. I think he said it's fishable now, but Hunington still had ice in most spots. I'd try e-lake or Scofield, if you are after some easy trout fishing.

might be a good time to find fish in the shallows at strawberry. id try green power bait and worms- i did good in shallow water with those baits last memorial day. good luck.
