Cache Valley (possibly Box Elder) Cats

My brother and I are headed out tonight to do some catfishing. Normally, I just have time to go out to the Benson Marina for a couple hours, but tonight more time is available (wife is out of town). I was thinking possibly below Cutler or somewhere along the river. The thing is I don't know where to go to get to the fishing areas below the dam. Any help with directions?

Most of the land below the dam is private. Their is a boy scout camp not too far below the dam, you may be able to get to the river there.
