Rockport or Willard

Debating on which sounds better. Haven't heard too much about Rockport this year. Any suggestions on what the fish are biting on @ Rockport & Willard?

Rockport? What's that place? Never heard of it! Just kidding, you will be doing yourself a world of disservice if you pass up willard bay, and stick to the (YAWN....) Rockport.

I agree Paul. Willard does have a lot to offer. After all where else around here can you find wipers ? I haven't been up to Rockport as much this year as in the past, and I have heard from a number of people I know that fish there regularly that it has not been quite as good as in times past. But, in all fairness, I have to say that I have had some pretty stellar fishing and catching days there in the past. Some of those days consisted of catching(and mostly releasing) upwards of 50 fish including multiple limits of perch, trout and bass. Some days, it was non-stop catching almost all day long - then again, it has been awhile since I have done that up there - and again, there are a lot more (and they are lot bigger) wipers in Willard than big trout or bass at Rockport. Also, Willard is about 10 times bigger than Rockport - if only Willard was as deep as Rockport ...sigh.
