Pineview 7/19, smallies
#1
[size 1]Went to Pineview for about 3 1/2 hrs in the heat of the day with Sparky and my tube. Fished the Nr. Fork. Caught a 15, 3-4 13-14s, and about a dozen more smaller. Caught em all on my Qucamole Reaper, weed less with a medium split shot up about a dozen inches. Didn't use the fish finder. Not sorry I didn't lug it. My guess is water temps. about 65-70? Water down enough to open up the shore line a little so Sparky could rest when he needed and help fishing?
No one there so it was perfect for lots of reasons, including Sparky not "bothering". He had a wonderful time swimming with me and just being my Bud. Boaters weren't a problem and stayed away from us.

[cool][#0000ff]It's good that you are able to get away in the middle of the week. That definitely helps avoid some of the crowds that would make it more difficult to enjoy fishing with Sparky. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Have you had any hookups on tigers yet this year?[/#0000ff]

Actually the area I go to I seldom see anyone on shore because of accessibily problems, even on weekends. A lot more boat /water activities on weekends though. No tigers,----------yet. [shocked] Probably because of what I'm using for the bass and finess methods.
