Fishing between cold fronts in areas with trees and stumps in 8'-12'or along ledges on mainlake and inside of secondary points in 6'-15' is producing numbers of bass from 2-5 lbs. right now. Pitching blk/blue Terminator 1/4 oz. jigs and blk/blue Super Tube Heavy are producing over 3'-8' flats with laydowns and stumps in the back of
bays at the mouth of feeder creeks.
Largemouth are good in numbers tight to timber pitching Texas rigged watermelon-chartreuse Big Pig creature baits, 6" green-pumpkin Scoundrel worms and watermelon Gibroni stickbaits rigged on jigheads.
Smallmouth are good over 4'-10' rockpiles and on ledges in 6'-15' on smoke 4" JDC Drop Shot worms, Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps & Smokin' Green Devil's Tongues on split shot rigs.
Stripers are slow to fair but improving in open water in 30'-50' using 3" Spoiler Shads and Pirk Minnows during short-lived surface activity.
