I have been feasting on the Willard posts and have another question. I have heard some mention the importance of water temps there. What are the magic numbers and what do I look for?

When the water temp hits 50 degrees it will be getting close to wiper time. Last year 60 degrees was the magic temp and it just got better after that. April is as early as I've ever caught wipers but Predator is the real pro at it because he has caught
them when there is still ice on the lake but it is a lot of hit and miss at least as far as the catching goes. WH2
