i use several different buzzbaits ,[#990099]Terminator then i drill some holes in the blades seems to make a bubble trail. hammerin hare double blader, and a small in line rolling thunder buzzbait.also i make a few of my own design and expertiment on the blades,and skirts and trailers i try to go as small as i can on the blades and make the skirts and trailers longer also putting a few holes in the blades gets a few more strikes than with out it.also added a hollow tube sealed with a small hole it the end i put a peice of sponge in the hole and added scent to it really gets them going and adds weight to it and a scent trail when they hit it they dont let go of it .also change the rear hook to a large single worm hook and add a 12 inch worm to it looks like a small snake to the bass when sliped behind a small buzzbait it gets a great action when you use a flat or curly tail worm.[/#990099]

That's a killer idea, drilling the holes in the buzz bait. I've never thought of that. Does it affect the spinning action of the blade at all?

make the holes equal and on both sides.try diffrent sizes of holes also when makes the holes try a couple of different sizes for each blade. and adding the scent tube gives it a flavor and the action is great.
