Saturday 12/9
Cousin and I started at Huntington. Got our butts kicked. We only caught one Tiger Trout each. Mine was a whopping 6 inches and his was about 10 inches. The fish were there...just not biting. Tried big, small, green, white, wax, meal, crawler, chub...nothing. We left around 10:00 or so and decided that we didn't want to waste a two hour drive for 2 small fish, so we headed to Scofield.
We salvaged a good fishing trip after catching 9 fish there, with 6 keepers around 16 inches or so. Scofield was like WallyWorld though, it looked like a city out there on the ice. No pictures, we forgot the camera. Wind came up around 2:00 and it got ccccold so we called it a day. Was a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Even got a little sunburn.
