big cat i agree with ya. snowmobiling has really sucked this year. i just wish they had handeled the draining of willard differently, they had the leak under control. besidese that it is leaking into a stinking canel that goes to the lake im afraid we with boats are screwed at willard this year.

As long as they don't drop it any more we should be OK, I've launched when it has been lower. It's lucky they dredged both the North and South marinas in the last two years. Does anyone have any recent photos of the north marina? WH2

This is the North marina from ummm...2 or 3 weeks ago. Man, I work too much. Do you think you could still get a boat out with another couple feet of water? I wouldn't mind just me and my toon, I-pod playin, Fishmark beepin' and not a skier in sight.[Smile]

Yea, I was launching my boat when it was lower than that and that was before they dredged the channel. My boat at the time was a 16ft closed bow starcraft, of course having the tilt trailer really helped[Wink]. That channel is deep but it comes up and is very shallow right as it inters the bay, as long as it doesn't go down too much from that picture we will be OK. I was hoping someone had been there since you took that picture, yours is the last one I saw. WH2

[cool]Yeah, you said it man. I don't think there's any snow in the forcast either. Luckily, March April and may are typically the wettest months of the year, and we'd better hope, pray, and do our snowdances that we get a lot of precip on those coming months, or our fishing is going to suffer...I think our current snowpack is like 60% of normal statewide...
