how to? : Avatars

so if i have a picture i have selected for an avatar, how do I get it on BFT so i can use it when I post? I know i have to resize it, but what is a decent avatar size? biggest alowable? and then finally how do i go about setting it up on my profile? thanks for any help offered. i did attach my pic if anyone else wants to save it, i think its kinda cool.

[black][size 3]The max size for avatars is 150 wide. You can resize that image using Microsoft paint (rename it to something new when you save it) . Then go into "Edit Profile" (it's one of the tabs toward the top of the page) and scroll down to where you see "icon" and choose "custom icon". Click on the Browse button and choose your saved resized image. Select it then click on the upload button. That should be all you need to do. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
