Celebrating Four Years Entertaining And Educating Hunting And Fishing Enthusiasts

New Berlin, WI - The Sportsman Channel (TSC) is celebrating its fourth year as a national cable network-remaining the only channel that delivers 100 percent hunting and fishing programming, and continuing to educate and entertain sportsmen nationwide.

Based in Southeastern Wisconsin (with satellite offices in New York, Colorado and Georgia) The Sportsman Channel (TSC) was launched in 2003. Founder, C. Michael Cooley, saw an untouched market and partnered with Todd Hansen (Senior Vice President of TSC) to developed The Sportsman Channel, Inc.

In May 2006, InterMedia Outdoors - owned by private equity firm, InterMedia Partners VII, L.P. - made an equity investment in The Sportsman Channel. InterMedia's extensive history in operating, advising and investing in both public and private media companies provided an excellent opportunity for TSC.
