I'm sure some of you have seen and used these:

I used mine for the 1st time a couple days ago, worked very well, I'm getting rid of my old strap around the tube rod holder, they're also good for keeping the oars back out of the way securely while you're fishing.
I guess they can be used on any pontoon with the frame locking clips.
