Whitefish at Bear Lake

I am wondering, can the Whitefish at Bear lake be caught from the shore ? Also what are the baits or lures to use?

For the past 5 years I have caught them from shore. I use small 1/32 or 1/64 jigs with white or black curly tail grubs tipped with a piece of crawler.

I fish a small bobber and bounce it of the bottom as best I can. Small jig (1/64) tipped with crawler or meal/wax worm. I have fished from the marina and cisco beach.

One year I caught and released about a 6lb cut while I was fishing for whitefish. The cuts will many times follow the whitefish when they are spawning.
