Pic resizing tool

One of the members of BFT came up with this resizing program. It is very handy to reduce the size of your pics to place them in a post or make an avitar.

I like it. I hope everyone uses it now. It will make it so much easier to give the "Ooooohs" and "Aaaaaaahs" to a nice fishy pic when used properly.[cool]
