fished the refuge (bear river) this morning with my buddy... fishing was really good for the smaller cats... did get one aroung 3lbs.... all fish hit worms and chub meat.... also landed a really skinny carp (long fish!!) and like 4 puppy carp 3-5lbs.... the flows are great right now... just perfect!!! i attatched a couple pics... the long skinny carp and an average cat pic....
