fished the bear river on thursday friday and sunday nights....
fished all kinds of holes from corrine to the bird refuge... caught a total of prob 100 or so cats in three days... ( mostly today) ranging from 0 to 6 or 7 lbs....
havin a hard time from keepin the tiny (7-8") channels off my line.... they will bite hard as the big ones... really annoying.. the refuge is fast and furious for the smaller fish.... only caught one large cat today in the refuge that went prob 7lbs. ( big male)...
cats are biting everthing i throw out from slabs of carp to shiners and liver and even stink baits ... the cats are averaging a lil larger average size up in the main river;......
