Only fished 2x this year

Last summer was supposed to be the year of the fish.. But as usual life got in the way.. I made my annual trip to Canada, and I fished 1 time during lunch at the river near where I work.. That's it..

So I did what any fishing addict should do when presented with a situation like that.. I quit my job.. Really.. [] Well, fishing may not be the only reason, but it was high on the list.. I've gone back to working for me building websites and working from home..

Now, if the opportunity to fish comes up, I don't have to worry about work, I just go.. The only thing I worry about now is how the wife will take all this next summer when I'm never home..

Where do you live or what do you do that makes it so that you can only fish 2 times an a year? I thought I was bad when I only made it like 5-6 times in a year. 2? Wow, that's harsh. Better luck next year!

I'm in Indiana.. And until Dec. 24th I'm a jeweler..

It seemed like every time I tried to go fishing something came up.. Kid issues.. Mother In Law issues.. etc etc etc. Life happened..

The big problem though was work.. I was doing 60 hour weeks and hating it.. So when I was off I didn't want to do anything at all..

Now I'm going back to working for me building websites and doing internet marketing.. I love the work, I'm good at it, and it leaves me free to just take off when the mood hits without someone throwing a fit..

That's cool.. I am sort of in the Internet business but failing. No biggie, I'll move on. BUT if you know the industry, how can I populate my website (i.e. hitting more of a mass media than one here one there) I have a really cool website but I can't get people to it. I'd tell you to check it out but they are so strict about that stuff here and i don't want to get kicked off. I'll give you a hint though. Look at my screen name (bigfishspot) and try to guess my site. Tell me how you think I should populate if?
