can you tell me why my name is not the same as i signed up with . every time i log in it says my big fish nice name but not the one i had

you must have registered with two names or some one in your house registered this name.

to log in with your corect name click tools from the menue and the top of your window, click internet option

click delete cookies then click ok

close out that window then open the window and log in under your correct name.
