Silver Minnow Spoon Question

I just picked up a few of these and was wondering what the best way to fish them deep is? I am a pike guy so that is what I will be chasing .

I've usually used these in shallow water for pike, but idk if jigging them in deeper water would work well for pike? you'd def need a leader.
