Thanks, the bill sounds like it's an unconstitutional seizure of the public's rights and not a clarification of landowner rights. Like our State Legislature doesn't have more important issues to spend their time and our money on[pirate]. I'll contact my reps today and make my voice heard.

What I am getting from reading this, is similar to what they did to us on gas. When the Gas HIT $4.+ we were all relieved to see it drop to $250+......Not good enough, they wanted us to settle for that.
They have soooo much in this bill, I am thinking they are SURE they won't get 100%, but maybe 50%....trying to make us settle again.
Not right! we should get the whole 100%. It is the way it was and the way it should be!
I called! But I have to say, it was a quick phone call to Phil. No time to write a name or anything. I am hoping this is NOT a sign that it is an already done deal, and we mean nothing!
