I stumbled upon the site today and was very pleased to see a float tube forum. This will be my 3rd season fishing from a tube. I fish mainly smaller lakes and ponds for bass and panfish. I currently have a TU kennebec and Caddis naviagtor pro II. I'm always looking for another tube to try. can't wait to start reading all the older threads

Welcome Brittlab. That is a nice Gill in your Avatar. Where are you at?
Maybe share some of your gear with us. I don't mean let us use it[laugh]
But like what you use and how it works.

I will be posting a lot of my tube fishing reports here. I hope to get out in the tube in mid April and I'll fish till November. The gill was caught last month through the ice in a NW Iowa farm pond. Going to get a replica made. I will be float tube fishing this pond this spring so hopefully I can catch her again [Wink] A buddy of mine and his sons have tubes as well and we hope to also CPR the 23" LMB he caught last spring in the same pond. Looking forward to learning and sharing fishing trips with you guys/gals
