hit the weber again today, i took my buddy to one of my stretches of river in search of some bigguns ... he is a fly fisherman only and has never caught a truly big brown ( 22 in + ) so i told him to bring some big big flys and i will get him on some fish... totally caught some awesome fish!!! he caught an absolute brute of a female brownie and a gorgeous cutt.. i threw the normal hardware... had some big rewards once again... even caught one on a 6 inch bait which was a first for me!! i caught 6 total all browns today, and he caught 4 on the fly... all in all a great afternoon!!! check the pics .. he got a toad of a female!! around twenty five inches or so... it was just at dark so the pic isnt great but it was awesome too see him catch on the fly rod!! it kicked his trash lol... and i caught two awesome hookies one was a total brute around the 24 inch mark!!! we also got a double which made for a cool pic one was a 20 inch cutt and one 21 inch skinny brown... enjoy!! cant wait to go do some more exploring tomorrow....
