Dan Johnson at Wilderness Taxidermy in Syracuse, but they are pretty easy to do yourself just pick up one of the mounting kits at one of the sporting good shops, usually under 50 bucks. I'm not a taxidermist and I have done two, one each for the wife and I and I think they turned out pretty good.

I'd second the motion to do it yourself. It's pretty simple and gotta be much cheaper than a taxidermist. Congrats on the successful hunt!

I made the mistake of thinking the Utah turkey hunt would be a piece of cake last year. I had the whole region to hunt and plenty of time. I underestimated the little buggers and they got the best of me and several others. Just remember if you have the "region wide" hunt, all the turkeys will be very cautious and hard to get to. They will have already gone through two hunting seasons back to back, and they are pretty smart by then.
