Heck of a day on the Nick. Water temp at the wing wall was showing 57 degrees. Everybody was catching fish. I was on the water at 7:00 AM, and had a good bunch of yellow-fin right off the bat. Trying to be nice, I made a few drifts in case someone else wanted the wing wall. Since nobody took me up on the offer, I tied off. Started off with a bucktail and had 3 stripers in an hour's time, ranging from 11-2 to 14-8. Then went to the yellow-fin and hooked up with two more, one 11-4 and a 12-7. Of course the drum were there in droves, and I also picked up a few whites, as well. Ended up taking home 2 stripers and 7 whites.
