I decided to search for my lost rod/reel yesterday. On Sat. while fishing with Birdman I kicked my newest/best spinning reel over the side of the boat into about 25 ft of water. I rigged up a drag system and went hunting. Jerry is right the wind was horrible at times but at others it wasn't so bad. I was not successful in finding my rod/reel 
. So I decided to fish my way back in to the truck and caught one nice fat spot in Kings Slough. Fish was approximate 15" and I'd say 1.5 lbs. He had orange eyes and was quite 
to be removed from his watery home. As I threw him back he splashed John in the face with water LMAO. Not a great day of fishing but it sure beat sitting at home!<br /><br />
