well since im going to be moving to utah i fiured i better be informed now, rather then later. alon 84 (i think thats the road) back in the day you could park, and then walk down to two, very nice weber holes. last time i was through the area i noticed a rather large fence taking up not only th parking lot that was there but all along 84. is that land no longer state property?

They are no longer allowing you just to pull off I-84 and park. Pretty sure it's always been illegal on interstates to pull off except at designated exits except for emergencies. I don't know maybe this isn't the case in Utah but it is in most states. So my take is they decided to enforce this law. You can probable fish that stretch of river but just have to walk a bit now to get there. I'm not sure but I think people are finding a way in on the south side of the river closer than parking by Hwy 89. Welcome back to Utah.
