Type of bait

I just had a quick question to ask in general here. I am new to surf fishing down here in Toms River NJ and I wondered what bait works for Blues, stripers and fluke/flounder?

Blues will take just about anything...bunker or mackerel...but for the stripers your gonna need some surf clams.
