Saunered over to see how high DC is, it's higher than I've ever seen it! A Purple martin couldn't fly between the bridge and the water level. I didn't travel to the west end, but water must be over the spillway.
Fished from the Charlston Bridge/inlet.
Caught and released 3 trout in 45 minutes. Saw several nice stringers from people who were keeping them. One guy had 7 between he and his son. Mine were 13" and 14" I saw some to 17".
In the 45 minutes I was there I saw about 8 fish caught. It was right before the storm hit, you could see it coming up the canyon.
My bait of choice was "Balls of Fire" eggs, powerbait was working also.
