Sounds like Sand Hollow is doing good right now, you could also send a PM to the poster of that thread to ask more questions. Good luck, I hope you have a good trip. WH2

5"-6" senko type baits. My fav color is Junebug. Lipless cranks, and some mid to deep cranks. The ol drop shot is gonna work good as well.

In the low light you should pick some up on Topwater. If its glass try a "sammy" type lure.

As hot as it is after about 10am I would be fishing 15' plus not to mention the boat traffic that place gets.

If they are biting it shouldnt be tough to catch them. Sand Hollow is like a fish Hatchery [Wink]

Ok early morning try cranckbaits that dive in the 6-8 foot range green with red eyes work great. Late morning deeper diving crank baits and plastics in the 15-25 feet of water. Favorite plastics there are roboworm baby bluegill, and then anything green. I too will be out there Sunday hope to see you.

I will be out in a old 18' white/silver Ranger. I will be out early to try and beat the heat and the floating jukeboxes. Sand Hollow can get very windy in the afternoon. If it does head to Quail it is protected from the wind better. If you head there try crawdad imitation plastics or double tailed grubs. You won't catch as many bass but they are usually larger. Both lakes have special size regulations.
