Caught two nice Smallies. Both 2.5 pounds. Lost one wiper. Turned three guys in netting a ton of Shad and using them. Warned them it was illegal. They claimed they were taking them home to their aqarium....right...they had a bucket just full of em. Looked like the officer only gave one of them either a ticket or warning.
