Well if finally happened. My 7yr old son caught his first fish all by him self, baiting, casting, hooking and reeling. It was pretty cool to see him put his first fish on the stringer by himself. Not to mention it was the biggest bluegill of the night. What makes this even better was that he even out fished me and his brother. He caught way more bluegill than we did and he was the only one to get any bass. The fish gods were definately smiling upon him last night. Way to go Carson!!!!

We were up at mantua from the shore with a little piece worm under a bobber. Tons of little bluegill and definately some good slabs. We also got some small perch and Carson got three bass all about 10 inches. Ended up being a great night.
