streamers on the weber
#1
Hi all...

I am new to this website, and to the state of UT as well.

Lately I have given up on the Provo and it's crowds, and have focused my attention on the weber between rockport and echo. I have had good success both on top and nymphing, but keep hearing from people how strippin streamers on the weber is the way to tie into some real lunkers.

That being said, I have to admit I don't have the first idea how to effectively do this! Any patterns that may be effective would be great, but technique is what I really lack. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

Dont want to spoil your day but that section between rockport and echo has become as popular as the Provo.

Try sculpin imitations like a muddle minnow.

stripping and swinging always seemed to pay off for me. i did have some limited success using them under an indicator while dump casting, but that got boring quick.
