we got on the water around 7am and started out shallow throwing topwater lures without any takers than we decided to try worms shallow but still couldnt get anything going.around 9 we started throwing dd22 on a roadbed in 12-15 ftw and caught 7 keepers in a couple of hours.the action was slow but we ended up catching some nice fish on the crankbaits.
