I have fished Newton the last three of weekends in a row.. Check out my post and then Vivid-Dawn's post... From the bank you should be on the East-north end, but dont go to the last pool. Too shallow in there..... The tigers are out from the bank about 8-10 feet away waiting for the small fish to come out......
