Alright heading up to strike tommorow a.m. and was wondering if anybody knew where to go if a bait fisherman wanted some trout? I will be fishing from the shore as well... I am not so much looking for the "honeyhole" as a good place to start where there might be some trout... I like other fish too but they seem to hate me lol... Thanks in advance for any/all info and i will report in the afternoon

Sorry I missed your post. Stay in the vicinity of the dam, above or below for trout. They're typical planters; 14" to 16" and fat.
Always a chance of a lunker when you're baiting on the bottom.
They are active now with the cool down. We brought home two limits October 1st. after 4 hours in the afternoon.
They smoke superbly by the way. I use an Indian Candy (maple syrup base) recipe in my Big Chief. Two pans of apple chips the first 3 or so hours and then I leave them with heat only for a full 24 hours. (I like them dry)
Almost as good as Kokanee... Almost...
