Was at the north marina again today from about 9-12. My 2 day average now stands at 1/2 a fish. That means NONE today. I was getting bit pretty good for about a half an hour but couldnt seem to get a hook in them. The fish coming by the sonar seemed to move deeper today, almost on the bottom instead of suspending. I talked to guy who was there all morning and wound up with one dink crappie, he said last friday he had a limit of 9-12 inchers. One other gentleman out there with a underwater camera said he seen nothing but walleye and carp swim by. Maybe we can all gang up at the north marina and put a walleye bite together through the ice!! Oh wait, there wouldnt be any left for fishn4eyes[laugh]. Any way..... Ice was 3-4 inches with no slush right by the docks, didnt venture out but it seemed to be getting solid.
