East Canyon Tigers?

Where have all the greedy lil tigers gone in EC? Last year thru the ice we couldn't keep the lil buggers off. This year I've landed one at 17". Suprised by the size for sure, but where are all the others?

I caught 4 right before X-mas. And that was all I caught all day no rainbows. Biggest one was maybe 14''.

If you are headed down the boat ramp, go west and go back into the bay you see to the north and fish near that water pump lookin thing in 20-30ft of water. That's where I seem to find the tigers. On a good day I normally catch 20-30 trout there, about 15 of em' being tigers.
