Beautiful day on the hard water[cool]! Sunny, no wind, and NO PEOPLE[laugh][laugh][laugh]! Fishing wasn't bad either....if you've got a sled I advise you to head out there[Wink]. I've attached a few pics...fish in the sink, a couple of porcupines and our fish right before I ate 'em!

Those blackfoot rainbows are sure good eating out of the ice. Where did you fish, by the dam?

yes...about 50 yrds from the dam - right in the middle of the bay. I made a nice "snow seat" out of rolling up snow to lay on while I jigged...so if you go in the next couple of weeks you'll be able to tell exactly where we were....only biting ones tipped with pink power bait and worm

Tasted great! No mossy taste at all....just nice pink filets with no fishy tast...a little butter and parmasen cheese! Snow was 12" deep on top of 12 " of slushy ice followed by another 15" of clear ice.
